We began our search using RedFin. Another RedFin agent showed me two properties in another county. When our search brought us to Orange County, Kristie was our assigned agent and we saw right away that she was the agent for us!!! We signed with her, saw several houses. Kristie was always readily available to set up showings. She responded promptly to any texts or emails we sent her. She was able to get us a showing on Thursday for a house about to have their open house that weekend. It checked a lot of our boxes. Kristie helped us make an offer and how to negotiate against other offers. We closed on a Friday and moved in the following Saturday.
