Having been raised in Rapides Parish, I have a very extensive knowledge of this area. I love our state and feel it has so much to offer newcomers. You will not find friendlier people, more picturesque scenery, and better food than in Central Louisiana.

Seller reviewI called Kristie on the recommendation of a mutual friend. I chose her based on her quick response time and knowledge of the area comps. She worked hard to overcome difficulties to bring the house to closing in less than two months from listing to closing. I would call her again if I needed help buying or selling in the Central Louisiana area.

Buyer reviewMrs. Kristie is a very good realtor and went above and beyond to ensure that we got everything we were asking for and more. That was critical to me especially since I was new to the whole house buying process. The only critique I would like to add is that during the closing window, more specifically two weeks prior to closing, It seemed that the communication slowed down between us. I suggest staying in contact more often during this time of the process because very minimal information is being passed out at this time from the VA. I do understand that her reason for not communicating much in this time was due to the VA not communicating with her as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with Mrs. Kristie as my realtor. I have already referred her to my co-worker, Sergeant Michael Champion.

Buyer reviewKristie Ward did an excellent job. This was an out-of-state relocation. She was helpful in taking care of inspections and appraisals; and she recommended wonderful people to complete the jobs. Relocation moves are never easy, but she took it on and did a great job. We only had one week to look at houses and she lined them up as fast as we could look at them. She gave us as much time as we needed while looking, but still kept us on a schedule. 20+ houses in the first two days and we did locate the house for us. Thank you for all of your hard work.
