We did not have a good experience with another agency in the area and after a mutual and written agreement to part ways we begin searching for an agent that would work with us. Kristin exceeded our expectations!! Without Kristin we would not have been able to purchase the home we did. Her willingness to go above and beyond, getting into the home between scheduled appointments and facetiming my wife and I was the hinge that allowed us to put the offer in that night. Kristin worked into the night hours to be able to submit our offer. After getting our offer accepted we were able to get closing in 8 days! I did not think it was possible, but it shows the level of professionalism that Kristin has and dedication to providing the best experience for her clients.
