She never pressured us. She was always immediately responsive to our concerns and questions. She has a tremendous amount of local knowledge and spent the time to share it and even told us to use her name when contacting certain services. I honestly don't know if we would have bought our house, (which we love!), if it had not been for Kristin's steady, calming presence throughout the process. I would highly recommend Kristin as a realtor and have done so to my sister who is trying to buy a home in Bristol.
