I'm a Traverse City native and the youngest of 6. I was taught early how to "negotiate" in my best interest because of my 3 older brothers. I use that experience now to "negotiate" the best outcome for my clients. After 20 years of traveling and living in different parts of the country, I settled back in Traverse City with my husband and 2 kids in 2005. What a great place to call home! I have been in sales of one kind or another all of my working life, earning my Real Estate license in 2010. I've learned over the years that relationships are what build sales. Each and every experience is unique and comes with its own set of rewards and challenges. My goal is to make this part of the process as smooth as possible. Seller reviewKristine went above and beyond helping facilitate the sale of a house that was four hours away from us. Being that far away it would have been very difficult to find the fime to do what she did in a relatively short period of time. She helped coordinate the cleanout and disposal of all the personal property in the house that we needed to get rid of before we could even list it, which was a big task in this case since there was a lot there. Once cleaned out and listed, the house sold in less than a week. For more than the listing price. Can't ask for more than that.
