Seller reviewKristine was amazing. I was selling my late cousin's home in California and doing it from my home in Massachusetts. I expected it to be a complicated and difficult process, but Kristine made it all go smoothly. She used her extensive local knowledge to get the necessary services to clear the house and prepare it for sale. She supervised the work and personally sorted through things to be sure that items our family might want ere set aside for us. She priced the house well, listed it well and got two solid offers in as many days. She kept in close touch and explained everything carefully. Her hard work made it all easy for me. She was always personable and professional. I am grateful for everything she did and would happily recommend her to anyone.

Buyer reviewWhere do I begin?! Kristine was my beacon of calm in the home buying process. She was cool and collected, had an eagle eye attention to detail and made stellar recommendations, from a lender, to pest inspector and everything in between! She was always readily available to me and my silly, and not so silly questions! As a first time home buyer, I cannot imagine a better person or experience! I felt heard, supported and that she always, always, always had my best interest at heart!
