Buyer reviewKyle Ard was very focused on providing a seamless experience for us. She has been working on our behalf for probably more than a year to find what we were looking for. We were beginning to feel bad because our selection process was complicated. Our intent was to downsize with consideration for the amenities that we needed/wanted. Kyle continued to send us information on listings as they came available to allow us to make the decision whether they were appropriate for our needs. Kyle was always courteous and pleasant to deal with. Her attitude was amazing given the hardship our needs created for her to deal with. We have absolutely no reservations in recommending her, and the broker she works through, to provide services for prospective buyers!
