We had such a good experience with him that we did not hesitate to go with him again for both selling our previous place, and buying our new one in 2020. Buying a home is a stressful process, and the 2nd time, we were doing it with a young infant. It was an extra challenging search because we were looking when COVID-19 first hit, which greatly limited our inventory. Plus we had a rent back, and had to time our buy and sell strategically, so it was several moving pieces. Kyle took all the stress away that he could, and managed the process in a smooth and calm way. We ended up in a home that we love, and it is all thanks to Kyle and his hard work.
