Kyle Crawford kept us informed on important dates in the process of buying the home, was polite but firm in ensuring we submitted required documentation on time. Followed-up to confirm required paper work was received and being processed. We purchased the home we wanted even after the home had been taken off the market. Kyle was able to work with the seller's agent to facilitate the sell.
