We were new to the whole process and we wanted someone to be patient with us and our questions and to provide guidance in navigating the world of home buying. We were already friends with Kyle well before we decided to start our house hunt, so it was a no-brainer to decide to work with him. We knew Kyle would be great to work with, but in all honesty, he far exceeded our expectations! He was always available and quick to reply when we had a question or an idea or something we just wanted to run by him. He was patient with us and provided great detail about the process and the houses we were interested in. He let us do our own thing when we wanted, but was always there to assist when we needed. We trusted him with our search and it paid off. Kyle helped us find our home and we are eternally grateful. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone! The flyer also indicated he had recently sold another home in our neighborhood. I just happen to keep that flyer. Fast forward, months later I contacted Kyle for an interview. I interviewed several realtors. Kyle's knowledge and experience from the initial interview clearly distinguished him from all other realtors. Saving that initial flyer and hiring Kyle as our realtor was the best decision ever!! Our home sold after only two days on the market.
