When other agents/orgs seemed to be "dropping the ball", Kyler politely stepped in to get everyone back on track and moving forward in the process. We had challenges that were "new" to him but he investigated, talked to others and ultimately resolved the issues in a timely and professional manner. It was obvious that Kyler had established good working relationships with the other agents & their teams.
