Buyer reviewLacy is outstanding in every way. We were out-of-state buyers purchasing two properties in two states, one contingent on the other. Lacy is a superb long-distance communicator-she answered texts and calls quickly and accommodated our schedules as we traveled to visit properties and finalize transactions. Never late; willing to trek long distances; and take time to answer every question and explore every inch of the properties. She was expert at valuations and what questions to ask. We couldn't have asked for better representation. She aggressively worked on our behalf with a title insurance issue, using her expertise, network, and determination to ensure resolution before closing. Lacy is a relentless advocate for her clients, even after closing as intermediary with the seller's agent. These will likely not be the last properties we purchase in the Northwoods-we would never consider using anyone other than Lacy.
