Seller reviewRather than send a postcard to introduce herself to the neighborhood, I answered a knock on the door and spoke directly to Lana. While I had a long-term plan to eventually sell and move out of state, Lana surprised me with a buyer who had a cash/as-is offer (as we had previously discussed; she listened). Normally, as-is offers are low-ball (typically house flippers) but this one was close to comparable market prices in my neighborhood (and considering the amount of work required to the house), the selling price was almost unheard of. Since I've lived in my home for 30 years and had never sold a house, Lana was great to work with and guided me through the process (she even arranged free/low cost options for me). The sale went through without a hitch and I believe without Lana's help, it could have been a big headache for me.
