Landon was very caring patient and with us through the whole process. He listened to our want and requests and found us our forever home. He was always answering any questions. Landon went above and beyond. I would refer him to everyone looking to find a home. He is an amazing realtor and good person. Landon made sure we understood everything and helped us with the perfect contract to fit our needs and was present throughout every part of the process. Landen is an all around amazing person and realtor. He is very knowledgeable on everything.

Landen's communication regarding shifts in the market and expectations were excellent. He kept us well informed about changes in interest rates by the Fed, what that would do to the market, etc. Having moved to another state and having already purchased a new home, Landen went above and beyond multiple times in order to ensure we got our home sold as soon as possible, while getting the maximum sale price the market would allow. HIGHLY recommend.

As first time home buyers, Landen was the best real estate agent we could've asked for. He met with us before the search began to help us lock down our criteria and explain how the process usually works. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable. He always made sure we understood what was happening when a lot of technical terms and jargon were getting thrown around. Any questions we had he was quick to respond or quick to find out answers. And as we got closer to closing Landen was an amazing advocate for us by making sure we were getting the best deals and quality. He had no problem asking the seller some pushy/hard questions especially regarding timelines and updates. Which I think is important to have in a realtor. "The squeaky wheel gets the oil" as they say and Landen was able to do that while also maintaining a very good relationship with the sellers which helped us with some big negotiations in the end. We will definitely use Landen again next time we are needing a realtor and we highly recommend him to all that follow us!!

Landen was very helpful in answering and explaining any questions we had or issues we were not clear on. He was always available and gave sound advice even helping us renegotiate with DR Horton to achieve a lower purchase price. He was always available and helpful with any questions and concerns we had. Continuously helped us through the process and made great effort to be there for us and help during every stage of the home buying process. Landen did an amazing job!

Landen was such a huge help in finding us our forever home. Without him we would not have gotten into the home we did, he was so helpful in all aspects and I would without a doubt reccomend him to anyone who needs help finding their home. This was my 6th home and Landen Miller is the best agent with whom I have ever worked. Landen is laid back, knowledgeable and easy going. His temperament was a perfect counter to my buyer's anxiety. Wish there were more agents like Landen Miller. I would absolutely recommend Landen and Centyry 21 to anyone buying or selling a home.
