Landen was very helpful with every aspect of our build from start to finish. He was there every step of the way and very crucial in helping us with decisions on what went into our home as well as consistently following up throughout the process and going to bat for us when there were difficulties. We always felt Landen went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in every aspect. Landen was always very knowledgeable and professional. He was always available to answer questions in a timely manner and can't imagine going through this process with anyone else. We truly felt like we were part of his family and his care always made us feel like we were his top priority. We had Landen help us on the purchase of our very first home and it was no question that we wanted to use him again, especially with this being a new build purchase.

Landen actually was the one that sold us this house almost 5 years ago and it was a no brainer to use him again to sell it and purchase our new home. Landen has always displayed a deep understanding of the market and how to navigate even through the changes it has gone through within the last year. His communication, care, and hard work made this process easy and helped so much on the purchasing side as well. Couldn't recommend him enough! Even in a market that turned to be more of a buyer's market rather than seller's, we still felt like Landen took everything into account and marketed perfect to achieve what we received.

I was impressed with Landen's plan to sell our house. He presented a clear plan and was flexible when we had to change them. The photography package used to market our house was above my expectations as well. I could always lean on Landen's expertise to know how to nagivate the sales process every step of the way. Also, the way Landen laid out the offers we had and helped us choose one was very helpful.

From the first time we met Landen, we found him to be polite, considerate, and very interested in meeting our needs. After putting some time into helping us craft an offer for an earlier home, we pulled out at the last minute. We were concerned that after all the time he had invested in helping us with that house, he would be less helpful in continuing to work with us to keep looking for a home. That was not the case at all! He patiently and with compassion for our situation, started helping us once again until we finally closed on the right home. We are so grateful for the wonderful service he has provided for us, would unreservedly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in his service area, and will definitely use him again if or when we have a need for the services he offers.
