The community that we wanted to buy in the most was the most competitive to buy in. Landen did an excellent job helping us to win the bid without us having to pay more than we had in our budget. To keep within our budget, we bought a house that needed foundation work (that scared off other buyers who would have outbid us.) The buyer payed for the foundation work, the resulting plumbing repairs and gave us credit for the resulting damage from the plumbing work (tiles that need to be replaced, etc.) We now need to pay for the tile and patio repair work ourselves, but it means that we moved in faster and we have the kind of house we wanted (spacious home and with a pool) and in the exact, highly desirable neighborhood that we wanted. Landen helped us to do what we thought we might not succeed in, once we experienced how competitive this current market is for buyers.

Landen was extremely easy to work with. He is kind, knowledge, and timely. He knows the area very well, knows what homes are worth, and has a very level head to help buyers and sellers make important decisions easily. I highly recommend Landen to any buyer or seller.

Short version: Landen Miller is a very competent and knowledgeable realtor. He made sure we were prepared every step of the way and went above and beyond getting us our new home. 100% would recommend. Long version: To put it lightly, moving 1000+ miles away to a location I had never been to was daunting. Also utilizing a VA home loan really wasn't doing me any favors. My spouse and I narrowed down 3 realtors in the local area where we were moving to and after speaking to Landen we both knew he was going to be the best man for the job. After having an awesome introduction meet & greet, Landen immediately got our list of what exactly we were looking for in a house and was able to provide us new listings to look through every day. The first month of looking gave us a better idea of what we really wanted and Landen was incredibly patient with us and made the adjustments for the search. After a month we began to get more serious with our home search. That said shopping for a home during a pandemic AND being 1000+ miles away made things slightly inconvenient. Guess what? Not a problem, at least not for Landen. He would go to all the houses we were particularly interested in and take very detailed recordings. He is also very knowledgeable when it comes to issues to look for such as foundation issues (which are prevalent in the DFW area.) Needless to say he saved us from a few bad decisions that a more careless realtor might have let us make. Another great thing about Landen is that he is ALWAYS available. We would shoot him a text message late at night asking about something, of course we weren't expecting to hear back from him until morning. Without fail, after usually 5 minutes of sending the text he would call us and explain everything in great detail. This was invaluable and let us get a good nights rest instead of being stressed all night. We finally found THE house, absolutely had to have it. Landen had a contract drafted up in what felt like minutes. He was incredibly fast and went above and beyond to get ahold of the sellers realtor and inform them that we would like to make an offer. Landen was able to get the seller to accept our offer even with the VA home loan. Now I am sure if you aren't familiar with financing utilizing a VA loan you are probably confused why I keep mentioning it. The VA is very strict on what they will allow you to buy and require a ton of inspections. This is a huge headache for sellers and many will take a lower offer amount in order to not deal with the VA. Landen has many connections so it made getting the inspections done by a trustworthy person very easy. Any and all discrepancies that were discovered were quickly remediated. After our 3 month ordeal of searching and finally making an offer we are officially settled into our new home! We cannot thank Landen Miller enough for all the hard work he put in. We will always be grateful for how patient, knowledgeable, and available he was for us to make getting our dream home a reality. If anyone is moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Landen will do an incredible job getting you here and making it happen. 10/10, 5 stars, would 100% recommend Landen to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
