Larry did a good job for us in a difficult market. While we were disappointed in how long it took to sell our home, Larry advised us at the beginning of the process that it might take a year or more for our house. He turned out to be absolutely correct. Once a buyer was found Larry stayed on top of everything and the sale went smoothly.

Larry facilitated the deal with a high level of professionalism. He was a dual agent and handled the negotiations, questions, needs of both seller and buyer with skill. We were very comfortable because of his honesty and low pressure attitude. Support from the staff at Sail/Loft was tremendous as well. Giving us the information for utilities, and other local knowledge that we needed to make a quick transition was very helpful. We will recommend Larry to anyone and will use him again.
