Buyer reviewThis was not a usual listing and Larry told the facts up front. There were multiple banks holding debt, multiple sellers, many attornies, unpaid property taxes, and a lien on the property. Larry laid out the path we would have to take. He did the leg work getting signatures. He did the communication for the sale to happen. We were informed almost daily on what was done and what was left to do. Larry constatly checked on the home, monitoring all the systems, and kept us informed. We highly recommend Larry Stanley.

He has many awards on his office wall and he certainly deserves every one of them and.... he actually deserves many, many many more. What really helps with Larry is that he knows nearly every square inch of Ashe County AND also knows a LOT of people in the County, and I'm willing to bet that everyone likes him as much as we do. His familiarity with the area and many residents certainly helps if you're buying or selling a home or property. He was a huge help in guiding us where to go and whom to see when we originally purchased this property. BOTTOM LINE : LARRY STANLEY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST REALTOR, EVER !!?? ????

Buyer reviewWent above and beyond to make the buying experence a positive and near stress free event. Literally worked nights and weekends to facilitate a complicated closing. He even went as far as helping me locate all the property markers on a very cold and snowy Saturday afternoon. Larry shows outstanding dedication to his trade and honesty with his clients.
