Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Lake Charles in 1988. I began selling real estate in 1993 and was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award. I knew then that I had found my calling. I am dedicated to finding the perfect home for my clients and tenacious in that pursuit. If representing a seller, I am involved from the make-ready process through closing with an eye for detail and making sure all properties are marketed with professionalism. I specialize in residential real estate with an emphasis on high end homes, however every buyer and seller are the same to me and my reward is providing true customer service throughout the transaction no matter what price point. ?Always Available? is my motto.

Seller reviewWe were very pleased with Larry Turner and would highly recommend him as a real estate agent. He did everything he said he would do in a very timely fashion and, in our opinion, went above and beyond to help us get a sale. At the start, he gave us his opinion on the value of our house. He did not try to go too high to get our hopes up, but gave a very fair evaluation which proved to be exactly what the house sold for. There were a few bumps on the road with regard to the buyers, but Larry was very positive about the buyers and helped to keep us positive as well. Larry also has a wonderful assistant whose name is Eric. The two of them make a wonderful team. Again, we would recommend, and HAVE recommended him as the perfect real estate agent. As a sidenote, the gentleman that did our blueprint also recommends Larry Turner to people. He has worked with him in the past and said he is highly professional as the perfect real estate agent. Ditto to that!
