Seller reviewInitially I had intended on using a personal friend of mine who is an agent with a different realtor. However after my first meeting with Laura, I was impressed with her confidence and knowledge about the physical condition of the property, and how to proceed with an AS IS sale. She demonstrated compassion and professionalism regarding delicate family matters. She was negotiable regarding her commission when the market was trending down. From start to closing, everything went incredibly smoothly. This was my first experience of a real estate sale, and I was astounded at how unproblematic the process was. My experience with Laura Ennis was that of surprise. She took on tasks that went beyond her responsibility. She removed items from the home, made practical and realistic recommendations for potential issues that could arise. She predicted with accuracy the value of the property, and the buying habits of different age groups of people.

My whole family has bought a house through Laura and this is our second home purchased with her. I couldn't ask for a better Realtor to work with. Laura was there for my husband and I through some hard moments in the process and also the exciting moments. She will stop what she's doing to come help you out. She makes the process so much less stressful and she's everything you want in a realtor!

Buyer reviewWe have known Laura Ennis for some time but had considered using another agent for no reason in particular. But after a solid recommendation from our daughter we decided to go with Laura, which we were comfortable with due to her solid reputation. In a market such as we were facing, Laura was quite honest with the challenges of purchasing in such a competitive markets. She made sure that we had no false illusions. The sale of our home went seamlessly but the purchase of a new home was at times frustrating. We made offers on a couple of homes that we lost out on which led to frustration but Laura kept us focused and promised she'd help us find a home we'd be happy with. And she came through. We found almost exactly what we were looking for that checked 90% of the boxes we wanted. Ok maybe 95%. We would definitely recommend Laura to anyone looking to either sell or purchase a home. She was professional, diligent and a strong advocate.
