You would find me being a mom of my 2 year old triplet girls, Henley, Bailey & Oakley and a dog mom to my fur-baby, Fenway. I live for date nights with my husband Ryan aka "Barger" and/or hanging out with our friends! Once you get to know me you will find that my family and friends mean everything to me.

Seller reviewWe were in a daunting place with selling a house we inherited, but I couldn't be more pleased with Laura Listebarger's help. She was extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions and reassuring us about the process. All her estimations were spot on. She clearly had an intimate understanding of the market and what to expect, and we felt she negotiated on our behalf as well as someone could while keeping us in the loop of all offers and counteroffers. If I am ever in a situation privileged enough to buy or sell another home, she will be the first one I call.

She did her due diligence in determing the selling price and pulling related comps. She went above and beyond with her staging and cleaning for the showings. We asked Laura a million questions through this process and she was very responsive, quick, and honest. We trusted Laura 100% during this process. Eventually, we got into a bidding war and again we trusted Laura through the craziness! She always had our best interest and treated us like family.
