Since this property was a second home, we were not present to observe any advertising or marketing she did, and because of COVID-19, I imagine Lauren's usual marketing practices changed significantly during this time -- like "virtual" tours. The first offer we received fell out of escrow because of COVID-19 qualifying rules, but we received a second offer that was actually better, in a very short time. It took 16 weeks from beginning to end, and considering the circumstances, that is phenomenal.
We never actually met Lauren, circumstances requiring us to transact all our business with email, text, phone, and DocuSign. We managed to resolve everything over the phone, from hidden keys, to repairs, and the entire process was a great experience, thanks to Lauren Assid.. She was always prompt, professional, understanding, and knew how to get the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lauren again, and recommend her highly.
