What initially impressed me was her willingness to, and execution of, house walkthroughs via photographs and narrated videos for me across country to help narrow down housing choices before arriving in the Bristol area. As the process drew out, Laurie was patient, kind, and courteous for someone unfamiliar with the convoluted process. She also helped with a variety of referrals which has been most helpful for finding services for a new resident to the region. The biggest unexpected bonus is now having a new friend in Laurie a new town.
