Seller reviewIn my opinion, Laurie Callahan is an outstanding realtor. We dealt with a strange series of events when the neighbor interfered with people who made the first offer, causing them to back out. They then tried to purchase the property at exactly the same offer made by the first buyers. I rejected their offer and asked Laurie to hold these intrusive neighbors to the original asking price, which she did. The pesky neighbors then bought it at the original asking price. What I really liked about Laurie Callahan is that 1) she wasn't the slightest bit pushy, 2) she kept me informed as to where we stood, and 3) most importantly, she listened. When I am ready to sell my other Florida properties, she will be my realtor regardless of where she is working.
