Because of our knowledge of each other, we were able to work together on this latest sale to get the best price and be sure that it was a success for both the buyer and seller. Before the house was listed, we discussed all aspects of the sale. Laurie was in constant communication by email and texting before, during, and after the sale of my house. There was never a time where I had any unanswered questions. She anticipated all of my concerns and was available whenever needed. I especially appreciated being able to frankly discuss advantages of offers presented and the types of mortgage loans they included.
