Laurisa was very professional and knowledgeable!! She was also patient with us, as this was our first time selling property!! *IMPORTANT* The only reason it took more than 12 weeks to sell was because there were legal issues due to the owner being deceased!!! The land was listed and we had a buyer within that week, just prolonged due to having to go to court for heirs to be able to sell the land!!! Go with Laurisa and you will be HIGHLY SATISFIED!!!

Laurisa is great at what she does. There was many times me and my wife would just call her for some counseling. We had her look at several houses for us (as we lived in NC). Several times she would do video walk thrus or take several pictures and send to us. Very honest and trustworthy. I personally only met her once and trusted her opinion of every house she looked at for us. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing a home. My family and I honestly couldn't of had a better realtor. We love our new house.
