When I'm not listing and selling I enjoy time with my family and friends. I've been married for 24 years and have 2 children, a sophomore in high school and a sophomore in college. Over the years volunteering has held a special place in my heart with being on the PTO boards of my kids schools as well as a board position for high school soccer program. I work hard and enjoy some play time whether its at the pool and lake in the warm months as well as kayaking local lakes or the Caney River. When the weather cools off I love to hike our beautiful trails such as Percy Warner, Bledsoe Creek or Burgess Falls. I'm also a dog and cat mom that make me smile!

Buyer reviewI met Leann Esser in 2004 when I was looking for a home. She was very helpful, patient, and professional then, and she remains so. True winners, true professionals, and successful people never lose their finer qualities, even when having to struggle with difficult clients. Leann is human; I know she had to be losing her patience with me, but she never showed it. She always was cheerful, positive, and kind ( much more kind than I deserved, to be sure!). I always have a difficult time understanding the complexities of selling and buying. Leann went above and beyond by doing as many things as she could to take a lot of the frustration off of me. She met inspectors, came and picked up checks and paperwork, and maintained a good relationship between me and the finance company, which must have been close to impossible most of the time. I am very happy to have had her on my side. Leann certainly has the patience of a saint. The difficulty she must have had putting up with me as a client and the patience and professionalism she maintained the entire time would be the stuff of stories that CEOs love to tell at meetings and seminars. I would recommend her to ANYONE . In this world, Leann is as good as professionalism ever gets.

Seller reviewSelling a home can be a very challenging and complicated ordeal. I cannot possibly understand all the complexities involved in the entire process. Leann Esser made the listing, showing, and selling of my home very smooth and made everything easy and simple for me. I don't know where she gets her patience from, but she is one of the most patient people I have encountered. She knows I couldn't understand anything in the entire process, but she helped guide me through the steps of selling my home and made selling my home easy. Leann always took time to explain everything to me, even when much of it probably seemed to be in vain. I would highly recommend her. She can give people like me peace of mind in a sale of property when all facets of it would seem confusing. I really appreciate her.
