I have been fortunate to have been a licensed realtor since 2005. Since then, I have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers buy and sell their homes. Most people who are moving are in a life transition: buying their first home, moving up, changing jobs, growing their family, downsizing, etc. These transitions can be very emotional! Leanne helped me negotiate amazing offers as I sold my house and purchased a home contingent on my sale. She excels at communicating with other realtors and with her buyers and sellers. I was so lucky to have Leanne as my realtor. I truly feel she made a huge difference in making my sale and purchase happen on the same day without any issues.

Seller reviewLeanne Peterson did an excellent job selling my brother's home. At times, it wasnt always easy but she went out of her way to help us. The property was located two hours away in Alexandria and she made many trips to the home and gave me much needed help and feedback. The was an emotional sale for me and she was a comfort and guide through the whole sale. Many times I didn't understand things and she always made time for me in explaining the technical things regarding the sale. I highly recommend Leanne, she will get your house sold or find you a home!
