Leslie had a huge bias for action during the purchase of my home. As soon as I mentioned that I was ready to make an offer, she used her negotiating skills, and had the offer in within 24 hours of me contacting her. Following the offer acceptance, both Leslie and Michele at Cardinal Financial kept me updated every step along the way. Leslie had a great attention to detail and didn't let one thing slip through the cracks. From offer to close was only about 6 weeks thanks to Leslie! Leslie is professional, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Rather than being pushy, like some agents might be, she made me feel like I was in control, yet still offered her professional and educated opinions when I sought them. Leslie went above and beyond to earn my trust and I would reccomend her to anyone!

I have dealt with Leslie Crittenden before and, because her knowledge and service is so excellent, would probably never consider using another agent. Leslie is one of the few professionals, in any field, that I would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone, and not have any reservations at all. I know that she would deal with them professionally and walk them through the real estate process (Looking/Selling/Buying) 100% and they couldn't be in better hands. As far as my own experience with Leslie, I'm fairly knowledgeable but I'm somewhat high-strung. Leslie was able to head off most issues before I ever even knew about them and the few items that came up that needed to be dealt with, she would help me figure out how to easiest and most cost-effective way to get those handled so we could proceed with the buy or sell of my property. Issues like inspections and appraisals and insurance and offers, etc. can be unsettling to a lot of homeowners/buyers but, with Leslie's experience, she can easily identify and work through the issues with both parties with ease.
