Seller reviewOur house sold within 3 days. The process went very smoothly from start to the finish at closing. Leslie Crittendon was very knowledgeable and willing to help us through the process of putting out house on the market. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process and I highly recommend her to anyone needing to sell their house. Leslie made the process easy and seamless. She is very personable and wonderful to work with, especially during the process of selling our home. I appreciate her common sense advice and knowledge.

I reached out to her and instantly felt at ease. Easy to talk to and understanding of the wants/needs, etc. I decided right then that she was the one. Her and her team- from the lender she referred us to all the way through closing… I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. Few things came up along the way and the communication was great and they handled all of it. That left me plenty of time to focus on selling the prior home we were in and had no doubts they'd get it done. They did and now we're here and proud to be Texans!

Seller reviewLeslie Crittenden was probably the best choice I could've made for picking someone to work with selling my home. Her real estate experience is extensive, she was going out of her way to be polite to everyone involved, and she helped me with every situation that came up. Leslie helped me sell my current house and purchase a new property. As I told her, she handled every aspect of our transactions virtually perfectly. There are infinite possibilities of "problems" during a real estate transaction. From the smallest issues like what features on my home that we were selling to take care of, to helping me negotiate the best sales price for my house and the best purchase price for my new property, I don't think anyone could have handled it better than Leslie did. Very, very happy I chose her as my agent and would do it again and also recommend her in a heartbeat.
