Seller reviewLetty Michel was very knowledgeable about the current market and our house's value. She was there every step of the way ensuring that we were informed of the marketing strategy and that we understood all the necessary steps in the process. She had our best interest in mind which meant a lot to us. She responded promptly and made sure all parties involved were on the same page. There is no questioning Letty's work ethic; she was amazing, which is part of why our house sold quickly. We would 100% recommend Letty if you need to sell or purchase a home.

Seller reviewI met Letty in front of the property I was preparing for sale. She was circulating flyers in the neighborhood seeking people buying or selling homes. Though I already had a real estate agent, I was very impressed by Letty's energetic and personable manner. She followed up by sending me a packet of information including comparable sales in the area. I became confident that Letty would be my best choice to represent me in selling my home. Letty was excellent in maintaining contact/communication to work with me through the sale process. I must have met with her at least a half dozen times in her office to review and/or sign paperwork and discuss the sale. She was very accessible and always helpful. Letty was ably assisted in this sale by Century 21 realtor, Jeanette Lizarraga.
