She has a professional crew (stager, painter, rug man, handyman etc.) that restored my home to its new appearance in no time. She took time when in my presence to explain things and answer questions.She is a true marvel. I could not be more pleased. My house sold in 2 days, not 2 weeks. Michelle Smith very patiently helped me with the Completion of an Esign addendum. I know it had to be well beyond her quitting time, but she never once showed impatience nor anxiety to me- she is a true professional. Linda is the type of realtor you dream of having.
