Seller reviewLinda Schmidt is the only broker I considered after using her in previous transactions. She is efficient, professional, understanding of my needs and an excellent salesperson. She helped me with every aspect of this sale. Because of my failing health I was not able to handle anything. I can't say enough positive comments. Linda handled inspections and helped on punch list, even had my yard mowed because I had moved. Never had such help. Amazing. Call me if you want more info. All those attributes and more! I dealt with several staff and one salesperson. Incredible people. I had to move to assisted living because of my declining health. Can you understand the help I needed from Linda and her staff. It was invaluable. They had to do things for me that went way beyond their scope of work. Love those people.
