Seller reviewLinda Labbe made the sale of my property pretty simple... granted, it was a small, lower end condominium and I would assume considerably less work than a property on the water in Mystic, but I felt like i was in good hands. Linda, in my opinion, seemed knowledgeable, not only regarding my property and its location, but also the minor in's and outs of her profession. I was almost embarrassed with her initial asking price proposal, however, once she presented her research findings, it made sense. I had offers within a day or two of her listing it! I feel confident that she would have handled my case the same if it had been a big Colonial in Stonington and I also appreciated the fact that she did not mind communicating via text message. I would definitely recommend Linda to friends, relatives or anyone thinking of selling or purchasing property in SE Connecticut.

Seller reviewAlthough Linda is a friend, she went above and beyond what we expected. And any questions we had, she answered, and we had a lot of them. She was always helping us to feel less stressed with this journey. Not because she is our friend, but in conversations with others who have sold homes, they expressed how much more she did for us than their agent did for them. We had absolutely NO knowledge about the process. When we felt stressed because of this lack of knowledge, she helped calm us, especially my husband. I would absolutely recommend Linda because of her calm nature and knowledge that helped us understand what we had to do to process the sale.
