When we listed my Dad's house, I asked people for suggestions. All said "Linda Rhodes". She was the best realtor we have ever dealt with ( and my husband was a realtor over 25 years).She was amazing, so of course she listed Dad's lot....sold quickly and very professionally.
I am out of town and I can call Linda about any little problem. Example, title company or wood county didn't thoroughly look at, or enter documents needed for sale. Called title company, called Wood County, but when I called Linda......knew she could and would handle problem 100%...she doesn't make you feel like you're bothering her and that you are her number 1 priority.
Wish there was a category for "more than excellent"......that is Linda.
Too bad realtors can't all be like Linda...agents in general wouldn't get such a bad rap.
This was a small sale, but got the same attention to detail, as our previous larger sale. It isn't easy selling, when you are out of state. Linda made it very easy and even enjoyable.
