Buyer reviewOur Virginia C21 agent, who was also excellent, referred us to Lisa Jalufka when we wanted to shift gears to look in West Virginia. Lisa knows the area and helped us navigate looking at both existing homes and new construction. We really enjoyed working with her, as she is warm and friendly, and shared great perspectives as we considered next steps. She was always available whenever we needed to ask questions or wanted to look at properties. While I hope we are in our home for a very long time, I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to friends and family.

I am selling another home in another state. I am having a very different (and disappointing) experience there. The difference is I don't have Lisa Jalufka as my agent there.
