I have 38 years of experience with assisting both Buyers and Sellers in successfully achieving their goals of buying and/or selling real estate throughout the western suburbs of Chicagoland. I have consistently maintained a high level of production awards year to year as well as receiving yearly Pinnacle Quality Service Awards generated directly from my client survey responses. To be able to work with our Military members and their families throughout the years is indeed my privilege. She went above and beyond the call with a highly nuanced and tricky sale of a recently rehabbed condo. She spent A LOT of time coordinating with HOA association, building managers, and the buyer's agent to secure the sale of the unit at asking price. She is the subject matter expert on all things real estate in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. She even skillfully de-escalates any turbulent relationships with grouchy lawyers. At the end of the day, she is a honest and good person who does her very best for her clients and has my highest recommendation.

Seller reviewI needed to sell the home my parents lived in for decades. After doing a bunch of online research, I started interviewing agents. Lisa was my first appointment. After that, the other agents just didn't compare. Lisa spent a lot of time with me to get a feel for what I was looking to do. She was patient with me while I worked through some estate issues that needed resolution prior to listing and walked me through the process of selling with my local village laws. Her knowledge of the local market, government hurdles and pricing was invaluable to the sale. She helped me prep the house, always giving me solid advice and guidance. She put together a great listing and on the first weekend on the market, we had 11 offers, virtually all over ask. Once we settled on a buyer, she caught a scammer trying to rent the empty house using the posting pictures, saving me a huge legal headache. Honestly, the best real estate agent I've ever used, bar none. Lisa is a real estate rock star.
