It was clear from the first minute of our meeting with Lisa that she was the professional we needed. She had her fingers on the pulse of what properties were going for in our area, how she would market the properties beyond just listing them, and she really liked the house. Don't worry, the house will be cleared by closing," and it was. Lisa took care of giving all the goods to people and places in need and we fulfilled our contract from a distance. Could not have done it without her. We can't tell you how grateful we are that she was our agent during this selling process. Oh, in clearing the house, she came across a piece of heraldry that belong to my father and said, "You'll want to keep this. It's important. I'm going to post it in the mail." and she did. There's so much more that I could tell you about Lisa's responsiveness to any and all of our concerns. We were blessed to have selected her as my father's agent and our recommendation could not be any better than "best."
