I had Lisa's card on my bulletin board for years, since she helped sell a neighbor's home. She was the first agent I called. I liked her and what she said made sense so I went with her. My sale was actually a pre-listing transaction, with a person I knew, and the house was never officially on the market. Lisa was, however, extremely helpful in expaining things to me and in arranging for another agent to handle the buyer's part of the sale. Which was vital because the buyer is a primarily Spanish speaker. Lisa involved a bi-lingual agent for the buyer portion of the sale. She was excellent as well and my buyer and his wife were happy with her. Throughout, Lisa was a delight to work. Particularly on closing day. I hit an unexpected 'road construction' detour that was very poorly marked and Lisa literally 'talked me in' to the lawyer's location as if I was piloting a plane after the real pilot has a medical emergency and she was an air traffic controller. For that alone, she more than earned her commission, my undying gratitude, and any referrals I can give her. She did a wonderful job.

Lisa kept us in constant update of issues coming up with the sale.
