LIsa was so helpful for my first time being in the situation of selling a family member's home and as Executrix of her estate. Also, including her agreeing to do a yard sale for us when I had a health issue arise and had to return to KY. She and her friend, Patricia Steele, did a wonderful job on conducting the yard sale and Tricia also agreed to clean the house before it went on the market. The house sold very quickly which was a really big PLUS!!
