I no longer live in Raleigh and it was very important to have an agent who I could count on to have my best interest and to manage things well because I don't live in the area anymore. The property I was selling was a rental and she went above and beyond to communicate well with my tenant in the condo for showings etc so I didn't have to arrange things. I was also wanting to sell my house in a certain time frame. Lissette was very professional and communicative. She found things out about my house that my previous realtor failed to mentioned when I bought it. (I had a storage unit I didn't even know I owned). Lissette made the process easy and stress free which was a HUGE deal to me. I've never sold a home before so it was critical I had good understanding of the process and good communication.
