Seller reviewSince we live over 70 miles away, Lixin was very accommodating regarding small items that needed to be accomplished to finalize the sale. She always responded to calls either immediately or within very short time periods when she was in a meeting. We thought the sales advice regarding the offer acid counter offer process was central to arriving at a successful sale of the property. The video for internet presentation of the property was the result of Lixin's understanding of how to best present the property to potential buyers.
