I had inherited a property in AZ but live in NH.Not knowing what to expect when I got to AZ, Liz was welcoming and extremely helpful, above and beyond what I could have imagined. She assisted us with cleaning out the property of the previous owners belongings, as well as furniture and trash. She brought us lunches and stayed and helped many hours as we were only in town for a short time. She also recommended things to see and do in the area. Upon leaving AZ, we were pleased with the pricing and marketing plan and had hoped all would move along easily. There were quite a few bumps in the road though, water supply, propane lines, as well as permits and inspections. Then water damage from a leaky pipe, and removal and replacement of a floor. Liz just rolled with it, finding people to make repairs keeping us informed every step of the way., even doing a lot of cleaning herself. A title issue was what held up the sale 10 months, but Liz was available 24/7 keeping us informed until closing.

Liz was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the entire selling process.
