Seller reviewLiza was fabulous! Sold my home in record time (4 days) and her customer service was over and above my expectations. I was out of the area having relocated and Liza worked with me to have some required repairs made on site in my absence. She constantly monitored my vacant residence in my absence. She is the best! This is my second time working with her and I would do it again without hesitation!

Buyer reviewI had to visit homes many times with my toddler son. Liza was always willing to help wrangle him in all the while pointing out the important aspects of the home. She never made it seem like it was a chore or a bother. She was extremely knowledgeable of the South Bay as well as current real estate trends, laws, etc. She helped us negotiate a very fair price as well as a closing cost credit. She was there every step of the way ready to answer any question we had. We can't recommend Liza enough!

Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer, I needed a strong realtor. Not every realtor is right for first timers. Liza was perfect. She always answered texts, emails and returned phone calls and didn't mind that I asked the same questions over and over. She accommodated my 8-5 Mon-Fri schedule perfectly meeting up after work and even during my lunch breaks! I finally got an accepted offer and needed a rebuild letter. She even made the trip downtown Los Angeles to retrieve it. House hunting is not what you see on HGTV. You will see many homes and it takes time. I would most definitely recommend Liza McKnight. I have my keys!! TIME FOR YOURS!!
