Seller reviewL.J. Bunker was there when my wife and I needed him most. We had a short timetable to get our property sold in a very competitive market. L.J. was able to guide us through every step of the process including how to best optimize our property in the time period before our listing. By the time we went to market, we had a multiple offer sale within days that sold above our expectations. Prior to closing, we had to move out of state and L.J. carried through with the sale above and beyond the expectations of any realtor, ensuring a timely and stress free closing despite our physical absence. I couldn't recommend his services enough.

I felt like I knew you forever.The way you went over the steps of advertising, write up of property,and explaining what is happening with the real estate in my area. I knew you were very knowledgeable and that I was in good hands. Thats is the reason I decided to have you do the paper work then, instead of thinking about all we discussed or even talk to another agent my family had recommended to me.
