Buyer reviewI would recommend LJ Bunker to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. LJ was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate. LJ and his team made this process very easy for me as I never felt overwhelmed and stressed during my time working with him. He was always quick to respond to me with any questions I may have had. LJ was also very truthful and honest with me about the homes I looked at and was always flexible with times to view houses I was Interested in after work hours. If you are looking for a real estate agent, I highly recommend LJ Bunker.

Buyer reviewLJ made my home buying experience stress free and easy. He clearly explained things to me and helped me out greatly during the negotiation phase of the purchase. LJ was also precise with all aspects of communication, leaving no questions unanswered. During my search LJ made himself regularly available, sometimes multiple times a day. I never had to wait a day to view a house. He was never late to an appointment and also mapped out good routes from house to house ahead of time. I would recommend LJ to anyone interested in buying a home.

L.J. was able to guide us through every step of the process including how to best optimize our property in the time period before our listing. By the time we went to market, we had a multiple offer sale within days that sold above our expectations. Prior to closing, we had to move out of state and L.J. carried through with the sale above and beyond the expectations of any realtor, ensuring a timely and stress free closing despite our physical absence. I couldn't recommend his services enough.
