Buyer reviewOriginally we had planned on going with a friend to be our broker. However we had contacted LJ directly on a particular property. After speaking with him he asked for an opportunity to earn our business. He provided me with a number of references. I called ALL of them and every last person had the same thing to say. He was professional, went the extra mile, he really listened to the needs of his clients and they all felt that he worked harder for them than any other realtor they had dealt with in the past. What really sealed the deal for us was they had all recommended him to family and friends. For my wife, what she really appreciated was that he was attentive to our needs and the process without being overbearing. We had an extremely tight timeline and LJ was prepared. When we first met with him he had all of the paperwork for the houses that we were most interested in. He worked in showings around our schedule. At key intervals, his advice helped smooth out what was what a very stressful process. I can with confidence, recommend LJ to anyone looking to purchase a home.
