Seller reviewLJ is amazing to work with. When I first reached out to LJ about selling my property, I was unaware of where to start. LJ has a lot of knowledge when it comes to the real estate market. I've worked with LJ before and was greatly satisfied before hand. The first meeting for resale, LJ had all the details and research planned out for resale, and I was able to understand what needed to be done. LJ is amazing at what he does and really makes sure your satisfied and understanding of sale and resale of any property. LJ truely cares and puts his all into real estate. I highly recommend LJ for all endeavors.

Seller reviewLet me tell you that the world throws curves at you at times and LJ Bunker helped me hit this one out of the park. Had a family situation and had to sell my house quickly. I had used LJ to buy the house 18 months before and was impressed. I called him and he listen to the situation and he then he ran with it. The house hit the market and we had an open house 4 days later. We sold the house in 5 days at over 10% over asking price and closed in a month. It was AMAZING. He took care of everything so we could take care of other things. I cannot tell enough people that if you need to buy or sell a house LJ is t knowledgeable , friendly, efficient, and amazing at his job. Look no further. You won't be disappointed.

He priced the property perfectly and got us multiple offers within a few days of being on the market. His communication was excellent with us. He also went above and beyond because we had already moved across the country, and he happily went to check on our house frequently and helped us immensely with some road bumps we encountered with the house after already leaving the state.
