Seller reviewLJ Bunker came to the house and told me what the plan would be and was able to wait for the house to be empty so he could show it. He kept in touch with me all the time until it was ready. LJ had a plan about pictures and pricing the house. He followed thru with the plan and got more customers then we expected to come and see the property in such a short time. Once the house was ready to show, LJ went right to work getting the sign up, taking pictures and started showing the property the next day after posting was listed. Within 5 days we had a bid on the property. He did a great job. Any paperwork I got and had questions about the staff or LJ helped me figure it out. LJ is very professional about everything he did. He understood my situation, made me feel good about the situation I was in, he kept me informed about every step we had to make to get to the sale and closing date. He is very polite, respectful, friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely would have LJ help me buy or sell a house again.

Buyer reviewWorking with LJ Bunker was a dream! LJ is the best of the best. He is knowledgeable of all aspects of the real estate market as well as the counties of Connecticut that he covers. When ever we needed to reach him, even last minute or during odd hours, he was easy to contact. This was especially important for finding a house in the current market. LJ was always willing to share his honest opinions and expert advice when ever we were looking for it but never tried to push us into any decisions that we were uncomfortable with. When making an offer, LJ went above and beyond every time. He would do everything in this power to help us win. We credit LJ with being the reason we were able to get a house in the current market. No matter how busy he was or how many other clients he had, LJ always made us feel important and valued. We can't say enough about how good our experience with LJ was. If you are considering working with him, definitely do it!

Seller reviewWhen my wife and I first met LJ Bunker he was very well prepared and had a well thought out plan to properly market and sell our home. He answered all of our questions and concerns to make sure we all were on the same page moving forward. The listing started on a Friday, he hosted a very busy open house the next day with 20+ showings over the weekend, multiple offers came in over the same weekend, and our home sold for 10% over asking price. Everything went exactly to plan as LJ worked tirelessly for us behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly. I have never met a realtor that I could recommend over LJ as it appears he has found his perfect calling.

When beginning our search, my family and I wanted an agent who would be patient with us, truly understand our needs, and have sufficient experience with the crazy real-estate market to provide us with sufficient options. LJ, not only met our expectations, but exceeded them all while making my family and I feel comfortable and confident in our final purchase. The biggest fear we had was feeling forced into a sale and regretting our final purchase, however, LJ's professionalism and knowledge of the market gave us the upmost confidence in his ability as our agent and his calming presence never made us feel forced into making a decision we would regret. When viewing homes that did not fit our needs, LJ was the first to console my family, present us with alternative options, and reassure us that we would find our perfect home no matter how long the process took. Seller reviewI researched real estate agents for probably three weeks. LJ's track record reviews and sales were the best. I was very thorough in my research and he is definitely the best! LJ Bunker knows his business and it shows! He is excellent at his job. When I first met him the energy coming off, this man blew me away. My family and I are so impressed with LJ, we have all been telling our friends and other family members if they're selling or buying, he is the man to get in contact with. If I ever need to buy or sell a home again, he will be the first call I make. I just wanna say thank you very much for a fantastic experience. Selling or buying a home is super stressful, but not if you're working with LJ.
