Let me say that I was in a crazy situation. I took a job and needed to move from Maine to Connecticut. I was referred to LJ Bunker from a friend of mine. From the very first visit I knew that LJ would take care of me. He asked a lot of questions to make sure we were looking in the right areas and the right houses. He was extremely patient with schedule and my needs. We looked at over 30 houses. When we walked into the house that I knew I wanted, he became a man on a mission. He completely took control of the negotations, inspections, attorney, and helped with my mortgage company for us. He made the closing simple. He made a stressful situation into a much more managable one for me. I would highly recommend LJ Bunker to anyone who is looking for a home or trying to sell it.
